ClinicWise.uk is a lead generation and clinic matching service. We connect consumers seeking aesthetic treatments with vetted, high-end clinics across the UK. We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

2. No endorsement

ClinicWise does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the quality of any listed clinic or treatment outcome. We provide clinics with the same information supplied to us by consumers. Clinics listed on ClinicWise have been vetted by our team, but this vetting does not constitute a guarantee of quality, safety, or suitability. All treatment decisions must be made following a personal consultation with a qualified practitioner.

3. Consumer terms

  • Using ClinicWise is free for consumers. We are funded by fees paid by clinics.
  • By submitting the matching form, you consent to your contact details being shared with a matched clinic for follow-up purposes.
  • You may also be contacted by ClinicWise via email or SMS as part of our follow-up service. You can opt out at any time.
  • Individual results from aesthetic treatments vary. ClinicWise makes no representation about treatment outcomes.

4. Clinic terms

  • Clinics must be approved by ClinicWise before appearing on the platform.
  • Clinics are charged per lead as agreed at onboarding. Charges are deducted automatically from the clinic wallet.
  • ClinicWise reserves the right to suspend or remove any clinic from the platform at any time, with or without notice.
  • Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. Profile changes must be submitted for approval and will not go live until approved by ClinicWise.
  • Clinics must maintain the accreditation and qualifications declared at onboarding. Failure to do so may result in immediate suspension.
  • Wallet balances are non-refundable except at ClinicWise's sole discretion.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClinicWise Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from the use of this website, the matching service, or any treatment received at a listed clinic. Our liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
