Your answers to our matching quiz (motivation, timeline, intent)
Your city and selected treatment type

To match you with suitable aesthetic clinics in your area
To share your contact details with your matched clinic so they can follow up
To operate our AI-assisted follow-up service via GoHighLevel
To improve our matching algorithm and service quality
To measure advertising performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Your data may be shared with:

Matched clinics — your name, email, phone, and quiz answers so they can contact you
GoHighLevel — our CRM and AI follow-up platform
Supabase — our database provider
Resend — email delivery
Twilio — SMS delivery
Stripe — payment processing (clinic billing only)
Meta / Facebook — anonymised conversion data for ad measurement
Google — anonymised conversion data for ad measurement

5. How long we keep it

We retain your personal data for up to 24 months from the date of collection, or until you request deletion. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
