How does pricing work?
You pay per enquiry, not a monthly retainer. Enquiries are scored as hot, warm, or cold based on intent and readiness. Hot enquiries carry a higher fee; warm enquiries are lower; cold enquiries cost nothing. You top up your account and fees are deducted automatically. Exact pricing is confirmed on your discovery call.
Which treatments do you cover?
We currently list laser hair removal across 10 UK cities, with Botox, dermal fillers, skin treatments, and hair transplants coming soon. We focus exclusively on high-end medical aesthetic treatments.
Can I update my profile?
Yes. You can request changes at any time. Our team reviews all updates before they go live to maintain the standard clients expect from a ClinicWise listing.
What if an enquiry is not right for my clinic?
Our qualification process filters out low-intent enquiries before they reach you. If something slips through, flag it and we will review the scoring. We continually refine our qualification criteria.
Do I need Save Face or JCCP accreditation?
Accreditation is not mandatory, but clinics holding Save Face, JCCP, or CQC registration are verified and badged on their profile. Unverified clinics go through a more detailed review before listing.
